Bellevue Hill House

This project entailed a full renovation of a freestanding house. We demolished the rear portion of the existing house and removed the roof, built a new rear extension comprising kitchen, living and dining on the ground floor with two generous bedrooms with ensuites above. The original parts of the house were carefully restored to fit with the houses overall modern aesthetic.

 

The existing pool was also renovated with a new pool surround, decking, fences and landscaping.
